I'm a Big Sister and this is my Little Sister, Angela. I've been doing this for a little over 3 years now. This started off being a volunteer thing but it felt like we'd known each other from the moment we met. We really hit it off and it has always felt like we were really related. I truly feel like I created a family in meeting her. The Big Sister Organization, during my initial training, told us to not create expectations that were too big. I had anyway and this exceeded them. I call her "mini me" because we share so much in common. It's an extremely rewarding thing to do and it's so much fun! You get to go out and act like you're 12 again. Who wouldn't like that? And if you're lucky like I was, you meet someone you come to truly love and you know you'll be a part of each other's lives forever. ...Right, Angela??? (kissy kissy goo goo) Inside joke...
